Sifuna seeks tribunal order to halt ODM ouster

Embattled Edwin Sifuna has once again moved to the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal seeking orders to stop his removal as secretary general of the Orange Democratic Movement. In a fresh application filed under a certificate of urgency, Sifuna wants the tribunal to suspend the implementation of a resolution passed by ODM’s National Executive Committee, which sought to oust him from office over claims of misconduct.
