The slain Kasipul member of the National Assembly Charles Ong'ondo Were will be laid to rest on the 9th of this month at his home in Kasipul constituency, Homa Bay County. Addressing the media at Were’s residence in Karen, Nairobi county, the funeral committee led by Homa Bay town MP Peter Kaluma said a requiem mass will be held on Wednesday at Holy Family Basilica in Nairobi. The committee also called for the investigations to be completed before the burial date.
