Soldier accused of killing Agnes Wanjiru finally faces justice

The family of the late Agnes Wanjiru says it HAS Optimistically but cautiously welcomed the issuance of an Arrest Warrant against a British National accused of committing murder 13 years ago in Nanyuki, Laikipia County. National Assembly Defense and Foreign Affairs Chairman Nelson Koech says the upcoming Trial of the Briton on home soil will mark the commencement of the revised Defense Agreement between Kenya and the United Kingdom, requiring all foreign Murder suspects to be prosecuted in Kenya.
