Stage set for Kip Keino Classic with Wanyonyi, Omanyala, and Cheruiyot

The stage is set for the 2026 Kip Keino Classic Continental Gold Tour meeting pprimed for Nairobi on April 24 after its launch on Tuesday afternoon in Nairobi. Olympic champion Emmanuel Wanyonyi, Ferdinand Omanyala, and 2019 world champion Timothy Cheruiyot headline a stellar cast for the event, which will be held under floodlights at Nyayo Stadium here in Nairobi. The event will also introduce Wavelight technology — the LED pacing system — as organisers step up to global standards.
