Striking JKUAT lecturers enjoy themselves through fun activities

In a rare departure from their norm, striking workers at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) spent their day outdoors letting their inner child free, through fun and games. Led by chapter leaders of Universities Academic Staff Union (UASU) and Kenya Universities Staff Union (KUSU), the lecturers who have been away from lecture halls for four weeks now took the time off from agitating for their salaries to enjoy themselves through athletic races and other fun activities.
