The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a petition by Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma challenging the Court's decision upholding the rights of the LGBTQ community to assemble. The ruling which directed the NGO Coordination Board to register members of the LGBTQ community resulted in a legal pushback that saw the legislator petition the apex court to set aside the ruling.
