Two arrested over Mombasa armed robbery captured on camera
The two suspected robbers captured on a CCTV camera raiding an Mpesa shop in Mombasa have been arrested. Festus Mutie Kaloki alias Kamwana and Peter Kilaa were Friday presented before Mombasa court over the incident .
The detectives have told the court that the two are being investigated over a spate of robbery with violence in Mombasa. According to the police , the two are the suspects who were last month captured on CCTV robbing an mpesa shop at Manoni area in Kisauni.
Senior Resident Magistrate Rita Orora has ordered that the two be detained at Bamburi police station for 21 days to allow the police to finalise investigations.
