The Justice and Legal Affairs Committee is this week set to table its report on the suitability of the 7 IEBC nominees following the completion of the parliamentary vetting process on Saturday. MPs will either give the nod for their formal appointment, reject the list or amend the list. Gladys Mungai has details of the hurdles facing the appointment of the commissioners who, if approved, are expected to oversee the country’s general election in less than 2.5 years.
