The United Democratic Movement (UDM) is now warning that the lack of a functional Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) spells doom for the country. The party noted that some constituencies like Banissa were getting unfair deal after their MP passed on last year leading to a constitutional impasse as there were no IEBC commissioners in office.
