President Yoweri Museveni has today afternoon issued an apology to president William Ruto and Kenyans over bizarre remarks published online by his son general Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Muhoozi who was then army commander of the Uganda Defence Forces claimed he’d lead an operation to capture Nairobi saying he does not believe in the rule of law. He has however in a controversial manner been promoted to full general and is yet to delete or apologize for the remarks made on twitter.
