The United States has accused Rwanda of violating the Washington accords midwifed by president Donald Trump. America told the united nations that Kigali is hellbent on leading the region to long-lasting instability and war, expressing concerns over its military support for m23 rebels following the outbreak of violence in eastern DRC.
