Vincent Cheruiyot, a 15-year old student with special needs who was appealing for a mobility device can finally breathe a sigh of relief. After the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation highlighted his plight at the beginning of June, Vincent, who lives with both physical and intellectual disabilities, is now the beneficiary of two wheelchairs—one for use at home and another for school. The wheelchairs have eased his movement, reviving his dreams of returning to school. Here is that story.
