Voter rigging allegations cast shadow over ODM nominations in Ugunja

Eng. Fredrick ZB Owino lamented that ODM membership registration was still being conducted in some areas as late as this morning, despite the party register having already been closed. Speaking after casting his vote at Simerro ACK Church, Owino also called for an extension of the voting deadline from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., citing a two-hour delay in the start of the process.
