One of the directors of a company listed as the one claiming ownership of a house that was demolished in Westlands, Nairobi was charged in court today. Nathaniel kipkemoi Barmasai pleaded not guilty to roberry with violence charges. Related to the same case, an auctioneer accused of evicting the family from their Westlands property has been ordered to appear before the High court land division on Thursday the seventeenth of October twenty twenty two for sentencing.
