Three people were killed and 15 others injured after an unregistered lorry driving on the wrong side collided head-on with a matatu at Mua Bridge on the Nairobi–Mombasa highway. The accident occurred around 6:30 am, leaving the matatu driver, a 32-year-old woman, and a 51-year-old man dead on the spot, while the injured were rushed to Machakos Level 5 Hospital. Police have launched investigations and moved the wreckage to Kyumbi Police Station
