Kenya and the United States have signed a landmark agreement that will inject $1.6 billion (Sh208 billion) into Kenya’s health sector over the next five years. During the announcement, Rubio said, “we hope to sign many of these in the days to come,” signalling even deeper collaboration and future partnerships aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery across the country.
