Democratic Congress Party Secretary General Cleophas Malala has confirmed that former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua will jet back into the country on Thursday, August 21. Gachagua, who has been on a tour of the United States, has cut short his visit to personally lead the party’s campaign in the hotly contested November 27 by-elections.
