Ghost Workers Purged as 7,400 UHC Staff Confirmed

Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has cracked the whip on ghost workers while confirming the absorption of over 7,400 health workers into Universal Health Coverage. Duale says a nationwide staff verification exercise uncovered 215 ghost or unqualified workers, whose salaries have now been frozen and names struck off the payroll.
