Ol Pejeta Conservancy has hosted a charity golf tournament at Nanyuki Sports Club with the aim of raising Sh20 million to support scholarships for more than 300 bright and needy students in Laikipia County.
The event attracted both seasoned and emerging golfers who turned out to support the conservancy’s education initiative targeting vulnerable learners living around the conservancy. Organizers said the funds raised will help bridge critical gaps in education by supporting scholarships, improving school infrastructure, and expanding access to quality learning opportunities.
