The real estate sector has been challenged to complement the government’s efforts to provide houses through the Affordable Housing Project. According to Mi Vida Homes Chief Executive Samuel Kariuki, there exists a huge housing deficit, especially in the urban setups, which needs to be filled. He spoke when he handed over 120 residential units at its Amaiya Block C project within the Garden City development in Nairobi City County. The project is worth 8.9 billion shillings.
