Rising waters in the River Tana wreak havoc on residents

Residents living along the lower parts of Tana River County have been urged to move to higher grounds following the rise in water levels in River Tana. Kenya Red Cross says that already there are overflows that have displaced families and cut off several villages. And as residents in marooned villages are being evacuated, the need for humanitarian support is rising.
