In a major boost for wildlife conservation, the Kenya Space Agency has launched a satellite-based conservation programme to protect the endangered Mountain Bongo. The initiative has been launched at the Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy, aimed at safeguarding the rare antelope and restoring its forest habitat.
