Two dead following chaos in Shinyalu

Two people are feared dead and several others injured at Mukulusu village in Shinyalu Constituency, Kakamega County, following a violent confrontation in the early hours of Tuesday. The incident allegedly involved three forest officers who reportedly opened fire during a confrontation with locals, sparking outrage and chaos in the village. In the ensuing melee, residents torched a motorcycle believed to belong to the officers.
