Schools advised to conduct elections according to IEBC regu;ations

Primary and secondary schools in the country have been advised to conduct their elections according to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission regulations as part of civic education. Speaking during Kisii Comprehensive School annual elections in Kisii County Sylvia Ondimu from the IEBC said the guidelines allow learners to gain insights on how the general election is conducted. The elections were conducted from grades 1 to 9 for the positions of president, deputy president,and cabinet secretary for culture and sports.
