The government has deployed additional security to the Kenya-Ethiopia border following a conflict between Kenyan citizens and the Dassanech community members of Ethiopia in Lopeimukat area. Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen says the government is in talks with its counterparts in Ethiopia to find a lasting solution to the conflict which boiled over on Saturday evening.
