Four people are feared dead after a septic tank collapsed beneath a local football viewing hall in Bamburi Mwisho area, Nyali Constituency, Mombasa County. According to Mombasa County Commissioner Mohammed Noor, the incident happened around 6 PM while fans were watching a football match.
