Technical, Vocational Education and Training Principal Secretary Dr Esther Muoria says the implementation of competency-based education training in TVETS has moved to modules to ease learning. The PS revealed that the shift will ensure that every three months, learners are trained and receive certificates in different modules to ease them into the job market.
