Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and DCI boss Amin Mohamed have said police investigations conducted so far show that Juja Member of Parliament George Koimburi stage-managed his abduction through proxies for political mileage. They further claimed the lawmaker tore his clothes to fake evidence of torture. Meanwhile Security committee of the National Assembly informed the house that they were denied access to the hospital ward at the Karen hospital where the lawmaker is admitted, thus making it impossible to assess his medical condition.
