    The question “Where are you from?” may sound like a simple one to many, but for people who claim heritage from different parts of the world, it can be disorienting. British-Omani-Zanzibari chef Dina Macki didn’t feel she fully belonged to any of those cultures, and it nearly shook her confidence. Her story mirrors that of many children of migrant parents, who now refer to themselves as ‘third culture kids’ - young people navigating questions of identity.
