Millions lost to SHA fraud as CS Aden Duale warns against misuse of health cover

The government is losing millions of shillings through individuals posing to offset bills for relatives who are not covered. Health CS Aden Duale warns that this practise risks pulling back the gains made so far in availing affordable health care to kenyans. The cases of this fraud are currently being investigated by the DCI.
