President Ruto gives ultimatum for surrender of guns

President William Ruto has ordered residents of unrest-hit areas in Narok County in possession of illegal firearms to surrender them immediately. The president vowed to restore calm after violence in transmara that has left scores dead and hundreds displaced, even as police said they had arrested six suspects linked to the clashes.
