The family of Isiolo National Police Reservist James Lojorin Learipanae, who went missing under unclear circumstances a week ago, has decried laxity by the security agencies in establishing the whereabouts of their missing kin. The abduction incident, which is the second in a week, has raised security concerns among members of the public within Manyatta Zebra area in Ngaremara ward.
