The Kenya Union of Domestic, Hotels, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, and Allied Workers wants the Ministry of Education to introduce a harmonised common bargaining agreement for all non-teaching staff in learning institutions. KUDHEIHA secretary general Albert Njeru says the new CBA will ensure equal pay for equal and better working conditions for all non-teaching staff in the country. Njeru has further called on the Ministry of Transport to enforce strict adherence to traffic rules in a bid to curb the increasing road accidents.
