Residents of Suba South in Homa Bay County are up in arms, accusing the Kenya Rural Roads Authority of what they say is poor workmanship in the routine maintenance of Kipasi–Mariwa–Ogongo Road. The residents have cited inadequate drainage, a lack of spillways, poor grading and the absence of marram on some sections. The residents are now demanding a full inspection of the entire road.
