PS Jacobs calls on Northern Kenya youth to embrace NYOTA grants

He challenged beneficiaries not only to build businesses and income-generating ventures but also to consider pursuing public leadership positions, including Member of County Assembly (MCA) roles, saying empowered youth should shape decision-making in their communities rather than remain spectators.
