Security scare as man rushes toward President Ruto in Wajir

President William Ruto was today forced to momentarily halt his speech in Wajir County as an unidentified man breached security and ran towards him at the podium, as he addressed a multitude which had gathered for the disbursement of the national youths’ opportunities towards advancement, Nyota. This is, however, not an isolated incident, as the head of state encountered a similar chilling moment less than a week ago in Mombasa.
