Limuru police have arrested a bar owner and shut down a bar in Tigoni found to be operating illegally in a residential area. Limuru Sub County Deputy Commissioner Harrison Matevwa says the establishment was found to be operating without a valid county license and was also found selling illegal and expired alcohol, posing a risk to public safety.
