Rev. Dr. John Maromba was on Sunday installed as the 8th presiding bishop of the Methodist Church in Kenya.
The historic gathering drew thousands of worshippers, clergy and dignitaries, marking a milestone moment for the church.
The ceremony featured goodwill messages from universal bodies and government representatives and prayers for wisdom as the presiding bishop begins his tenure. The event also highlighted the Methodist Church’s longstanding contributions to education, healthcare and community development
