The anticorruption court will tomorrow make a ruling on whether the director of public prosecution will be allowed to withdraw the corruption case against deputy president Rigathi Gachagua. Magistrate Victor Wakhumile this morning heard the DPP's applicaiton that was supported by Gachagua's lawyer Kioko Kilukumi. The prosecution argued that the directorate of criminal investigations had failed to cooperate in providing further evidence that would have helped pursue the case further.
