Waziri Kindiki aliyezungumza alipozuru eneo la Kakuma na maeneo mengine kaunti ya Turkana, pia amewaonya wafadhili wa wezi wa mifugo na wahalifu ambao wamewahangaisha wakaazi wa Turkana na sehemu za bonde la ufa kuwa serikali itakabiliana nao kikamilifu.
