A special Police Unit is set to be established at the Yamicha area and a police station in Malkagala Isiolo county, to beef up security in the area that has reported frequent banditry attacks in the recent years.National police reservists’ guns have also been secured with the recruitment already ongoing for the Isiolo North and South areas. Area governor Abdi Guyo has called on the the Isiolo- Wajir border security forces to exercise mutual respect during their operations to safeguard the residents.
