Court bars DCI from accessing confidential medical documents

The Nairobi high court has temporarily barred the directorate of criminal investigations (dci) from accessing or demanding confidential medical records from two private hospitals in connection with investigations into the recruitment of Kenyan fighters in the Russian war.
