Human rights activists in Mombasa under the umbrella of the Coast Civil Society Network are demanding the immediate release of two Kenyans Bob Njagi and Nicholas Oyoo reportedly being detained by Ugandan authorities. Speaking in Mombasa, the lobby group issued an ultimatum to the Ugandan government, threatening to camp outside the Ugandan consulate on Monday if the two are not released. They are also calling on President William Ruto and Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi to intervene and ensure the duo is released unconditionally.
