It is now emerging that former treasury cabinet secretary Ukur Yattani's nephew, Ibrae Doko, had 62 million kenya shillings in dollar currency in his home during a raid conducted two weeks ago by the EACC in the homes and offices of the former CS. EACC has to this end received orders to freeze the money for 6 months. According to the EACC, Ibrae during the period of interest irregularly received through his company Al Habib Enterprise 71 million kenya shillings. Yattani together with the sitting Marsabit governor and other suspects are now under investigation by the graft body.
