Principal Secretary for the State Department of Science, Research, and Innovation, Abdulrazak Shaukat, has called on young people across the country to take advantage of the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) Fund to strengthen their enterprises and cultivate a savings culture.
Speaking during the launch of the Kenya Youth Assembly Foundation's strategic plan in Mombasa, Shaukat said that youth constitute about 70 percent of Kenya’s population, a demographic that the government seeks to empower through innovation and inclusive development.
