National Government Administrative Officers in Kwale County have been put on notice over their alleged laxity in implementing the NYOTA programme, which targets youth empowerment across the country. This follows concerns raised by local leaders who claimed the officers were largely absent from youth-focused initiatives. Cabinet Secretary for Sports, Youth Affairs and the Creative Economy, Salim Mvurya, warned that the government will take action against any form of lethargy in executing the programme.
