ODM delegates consultative meeting held in Kisii county has endorsed Dr. Oburu Odinga as the party leader in a meeting attended by thousands of members. ODM leaders attending the delegates meeting at Sameta grounds in Gucha Subcounty, assured the ODM supporters in the Gusii region that their interests will be protected in the negotiations with UDA party ahead of 2027 general elections. This as percieved ODM rebels led by Embakasi East MP Babu Owino pitched camp in Kawangware, Nairobi where they accused the Oburu led team of shortchanging the Odinga family in the succession of the party.
