A Bungoma Court has postponed a multi-million graft case by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, pitting former Nzoia Sugar Company Managing Director and seven other top officials to 22nd October, 2025. This is after the defense informed Senior Principal Magistrate Josephat Gichimu that one accused person had failed to appear in court due to medical reasons.
