The Capital Markets Authority has licensed three new fund managers in a move aimed at expanding Kenya's asset management industry and deepening the country's capital markets. The newly licensed firms are ADAR Asset Management Limited, Entrust Advisory Limited, and Everstrong Asset Management Limited. The regulator says the new entrants will broaden investment options for retail and institutional investors, support innovation in wealth management, strengthen investor confidence, and improve access to long-term investment opportunities across Kenya and the wider East African region.
