COAST POLICE BOSS WARNS POLITICIANS SPONSORING GOONS RISK LOSING SECURITY

Coast Regional Police Commander Ali Nuno has warned politicians accused of sponsoring violence and hiring goons to intimidate rivals that they risk losing their government security protection. Speaking at the Coast Regional Police Headquarters in Kizingo, Mombasa, Nuno said security should never be used as a political tool and urged leaders to conduct peaceful, issue-based politics focused on development rather than intimidation and chaos.
